Responsibilities:
International firm is seeking an experienced Product/Sales Manager to develop new businesss mainly in castings and forgings for renewable energy and the locomotive market. Responsibilities include: (1) Develop marketing and sales strategy. (2) Perform market research and identify and develop new business opportunities. (3) Ensure the cost effective negotiation of: price, quantity, quality, delivery arrangements, financing, insurance coverage, technology transfer and other mattters. Requirements (1) 8-10 years marketing or sales experience or technical experience. (2) Bilingual in English and Japanese a big plus. (3) Must be able to travel within the sates and international. (4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
