Help Desk Support Engineer (NJ)
    
Visa Requirement: Company will support visa
    

Responsibilities:
(1)Act as primary point of contact for end-user support and maintenance in desktop and server computing environments through phone and e-mail. (2) Deploy new MS Windows client by ghosting or clean installation including Active Directory and Lotus Notes account creation, Lotus Notes client setup, printer setup, and domain suffixes setup. (3) Create / modify client and share folders on file server, and apply permissions. (4) Troubleshoot hardware / OS, application software problems in MS Windows Active Directory . (5) Assist clients on advanced MS office functions; conduct research on functions if it cant be answered immediately. (6) Record all details related to support calls and emails in trouble tracking system.

    
Qualifications:
(1) Require middle to senior helpdesk skills. (2) Bilingual in Japanese and English: totally comfortable assisting American clients in English over phone and supporting Japanese executives in Japanese. (3) Experiences in MS Windows 2000/XP client, MS Office, Antivirus, and help desk operations. (4) Experiences in Lotus Notes client, SAP client, Citrix, Cisco VPN client preferred.
    
Salary: $50K - $75K
