Responsibilities:
Manufacturer of automotive parts seeks an experienced Bilingual (Japanese) Quality Manager.
Responsibilities include:
(1) Manage the Quality Management system for product quality and process control
(2) Lead the Quality Team to improve product yields and reduce customer complaints.
(3) Ensure the requirements of the established Quality Management System are maintained throughout the company.
(4) Achieve targets and budget with production and engineering.
(5) Communicate customers specific requirements.
(6) Supervise all improvement actions, training and communication associated with quality.
(7) Communicate closely with Japan HQ.

Qualifications:
((1) Bilingual in English and Japanese.
(2) Minimum of five years related experience.
(3) Experience with automotive quality assurance systems.
(4) Experience with ISO16949 Standards and Auditing, Statistical Analysis and Precision Measurement.
(5) Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
