Responsibilities:
(1) Provide leadership to the organization in the areas of production planning and inventory control. (2) Generate daily/weekly/monthly production plans and reports to insure the timely completion of work throughout the facility. (3) Manage inventory levels and report against established goals. (4) Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. (5) Ensure budgetary compliance by controlling department costs and pursuing cost reductions. (6)Develop improvement plans. (7) Communicate with Japan HQ.
