Responsibilities:
Manufacturer of automotive parts seeks a Bilingual (Japanese) Software Engineer. Provides engineering support for software development and testing activities under the direction of engineering management staff by performing the following duties. (1) Understands structure and functionality of software and works closely with the customer to create detailed design specifications according to our requirements. (2) Compiles customer specifications and data related to the design and functionality of software and relays information to Japan HQ. (3) Develops, modifies, debugs and validates software based on system specifications. (4) Creates detailed documentation of software development and coding specifications. (5) Recommend alternative actions to solve routine/recurring problems.
