Responsibilities:
Metal stamping manufacturer seeks an experienced Quality Manager. Responsibilities include: (1) Develops & implements programs to ensure requirements are met. (2) Develops and implements problem solving techniques. (3) Establishes & implements quality-awareness program. (4) Develops & initiates standards & methods. (5) Represents the company during all quality related audits. (6) Keeps management informed of quality issues. (7) Interprets Engineering drawings. (8) Management review of quality system and customer scorecards. (9) Conducts surveys of supplier facilities. (10) Provides hands-on training..

    
Qualifications:
A.A./A.S. and 15 years experience in Quality and knowledge of Tier1/Tier2 automotive stamping. Has an understanding of understanding of automotive quality systems. This person must be capable of working with minimal supervision and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws under the direction of the Quality Manager. Has Understanding of Statistical techniques and problem solving. The person has professional communication skills and attitude. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of at least two of the following: Project Management software, Spreadsheet software, or Word Processing software. Knowledge of Japanese corporate culture preferred.
