Job: Sales Support/Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions.
• Create purchase order communicating with customer
• Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; and notifying managers and customers.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Maintains communication with customers by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
• Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, quality personnel, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products about information related to the shipment.
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments.
• Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
• Maintains customer databases by inputting customer profiles and updates, preparing and distributing monthly reports.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
• Bilingual in English and Japanese
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong PC skills
• Account management, project manager experience preferred
