I am looking for a Bilingual Sales Director for our client in their Tokyo office. Our client is one of the world’s largest providers of outsourced semiconductor packaging and test services. This position will report to VP, Sales
Sales director is responsible for leading her/his team consisting of 3-4 people and hitting revenue budget and other quotas. Her/His team currently have $80M annual revenue, and she/he is expected to boost it to ~$100M in a few years setting a short-term and long-term Sales goal and making strategies to be executed. She/He should in line with teams overseas and sometime be required to negotiate with our headquarters in the US, factories overseas in English to achieve her/his goals. She/He needs to be in a conference call with our colleagues oversea frequently. She/He regularly has a F2F meeting and/or a conference call with her/his account(s) as well. She/He should be familiar with semiconductor market trend. Make strategies and execute them himself or herself for business expansion Drive negotiation for winning new business, closing contracts Track action items with customers and people concerned Price negotiation with customers
