Job: Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Regional Managers and the sales channel partners in their territory in order to secure a sale, and manage ongoing customer projects.
• Supporting all aspects of the quoting process, in order to secure the sale.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to convert customer interest into a quotation opportunity using all sales tools possible.
• Interact directly with customers supporting any new requests for machines, systems, or after sale requirements.
• Develop relationships with customers to earn their trust, in order to create a tag-team approach with their Sales Team.
• Team up with internal departments to follow through, and coordinate projects for customers.
• Manange the special needs of the customer for tooling, quotes, and technical information.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce & SAP
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Three to five  years Inside Sales support
• Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, presenting, and problem solving
